EdChoice Expansion Scholarship
The EdChoice Expansion Scholarship is an income-based program that provides scholarships to all students in grades K-12 based on household level income.
Please note:
EdChoice amounts for the 25-26 school year will remain $6,100.
When applying for this scholarship the following should be emailed to amber.furr@stjohndublin.org or dropped off in the main church office.

front page of most recent 1040 tax form
Then, we will submit an EdChoice application for your child through the online secure application system. After it has been processed, you will receive a notification to fill out income verification.
All NEW expansion scholarship applicants MUST complete income verification: this is NOT optional.

Renewing the EdChoice Expansion Scholarship
Students who are currently receiving an EdChoice Expansion scholarship can renew the scholarship for the upcoming school year. Parents must complete the EdChoice Scholarship Renewal Form and submit it, along with a copy of a current utility bill, and email these to amber.furr@stjohndublin.org or drop them off in the main church office. INCOME VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR RENEWAL APPLICANTS.
Check the Federal Poverty Levels with Gross Annual Amounts chart. If you meet the income requirements for your household size and want to have your income verified to determine if you qualify for low income status, you may complete the Income Verification Form through OHID Portal https://safe.ode.state.oh.us/portal. The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) will notify by mail those parents who applied letting them know whether or not their child has been awarded a scholarship.
